Awareness of his condition. Fanconi Anemia. **** sure ain't money. There is nothing to be gained money wise, at least not enough worth my time. We're thinking about t-shirts to raise money Fanconi research, for Make a Wish, and possibly BeAMatch.

We had no idea he would have this much effect on people. If it's moving people and bringing awareness, why not?

what do you believe awarness will lead to? do you think it could change something regarding the issue that the doctors aren't already aware of?

You honestly see an issue with anyone, including my family, raising awareness for an illness? Seriously?

You never know who the story may touch, and who may take enough notice to do something that may help possible solutions to the illness.

Do you know anything about Fanconi Anemia? If you did, you'd know that it is a relatively new diagnosis out there, and that any resources that could go to it, could help my son and others with Fanconi Anemia live a longer, healthier life.

You know, I'm not even rustled over Ozar and Brow. It's two people who take issue with what I've done on these boards, pertaining to Carter. **** even if it was 100 people it's still not even worth mentioning when you quantify who it has touched positively.

This isn't an operation that Al Golden and the UM admin are running from behind the scenes, trying to earn favor from a few people flying a banner demanding a coach's head, or for poor on-field performance since Golden has been here.

You aren't prying at all. Brain cancer is something that is well known, and well funded. Fanconi Anemia, is not. Do you have a problem with Devon Still and his daughter Leah? His going hard has made a world of difference for Leah and himself.

If it ain't fly the banner, for how much the admin and staff suck, then it's a problem I guess. Jimbo Fisher's son, Mike London's daughter, Leah Still, Jack Hoffman, Carter Hucks and the such, matter more to this world than a head coach losing his job, and banners being flown.

You ask me what I want to accomplish, and I say awareness for a rare genetic blood disorder. But I'm going too hard. People in this country go hard to get a coach fired by flying banners, starting websites, not going to games, emailing admin and BOTs, and somehow awareness for a rare disease is cause for concern?

I won't tell anyone what to do, but I'd ask you to consider what you are questioning me about.

I agree that it was disrespectful to use Carter's name without our permission, but the good outweighed the bad in it. The Carter says BEAT FSU shirt, I couldn't stop that either. What would you have me do about it? What would you do? There is an agenda to everything unfortunately, my family's is for folks to know who Carter is, what he has, and hope that knowing the aforementioned, they would want to aid in the search for a cure for his disease.

I try hard not to worry about things I can't change.
