Definitely firing the whole O. But also getting these grad transfers was big. I’m excited, this fan base has been starving for some passion and we got it!

Firing the entire offensive staff was such an easy call that it’s tough to really praise him for that. Instead for me, demoting Banda and Patke and not settling for Richt’s lazy promotion has so far been his best move. The Enos hire and the transfers brought in, especially if he brings in Hurts, is not far behind

Any new coach wouldve/should've canned the entire offensive staff, maybe even one on defense. The hires remain to be seen. I dont go off hype much.
The transfers are best in show right now, but shows where we were in recruiting deficiencies. (Still top notch)

But getting the best offensive player back to help put all those pieces together?!! That's crown worthy.

He merc'd 5 guys he's been working with for 3 years on New Years' Eve. Cold blooded. That move sets the tone and demonstrates he is fully aware that this is his shot.

To me the one thing weve been missing is a good qb. So adding tate and the other transfers is the biggest to me.

Firing Jon Richt & Stacy Seashells, Richt under no circumstances was going to fire either one of them which would've completely sunk our season for 2019 due to lack of QB & OL development.

I love the Enos & Blake Baker hires as well, our Offense will be transformed under Enos's tutelage & the Defense will maintain it's edge with a young up & coming Diaz disciple who produces some good results at La Tech.

HUGE pickup in bringing in KJ Osborn & bringing back JT4, even if Tate has to sit out Jarren has a bevy of weapons at WR, RB & TE, it's ridiculous how much depth we have at the skill positions.

Also bringing in a new S&C Coach was extremely pivotal, Gus put our players at a disadvantage & left them susceptible to season ending/career ending injuries.
