We haven't had competition in years at the QB position. Competition brought out the best in Rosier.

Richt was talking about this on the Hurricane Hotline. Specifically mentioning N'Kosi's hype/talent as inspiring Rosier.

Not that it will matter the first 2 games...but how long is the leash on La Bamba if we are losing at half time or if he looks like **** at Free Shoes?

I think Rosier will get a full game against FSU unless he completely melts down. But that's a guess. Hopefully this isn't even a question.

Agreed.

I don't think he melts down, but I do believe he throws a minimum of 2 picks that game.

I think Berrios is solid guy, but the hype is reaching trayone gray levels. Berrios has been here forever and hasn't done much. I don't get the hype really.

He had a decent bowl game and was playing out of position last year on the outside. I don't think he's going to be Santana, but he should be more consistent at least.

He doesnt make any mistakes.

The thing that excited me the most about this podcast is the talk about more looks and blitz packages being implemented defensively. In a previous podcast it was mentioned that the coaches will try to put the best players on the field so having 4 DE's in obvious passing downs with disguises in blitzes are going to make opposing Qb's go crazy. I am excited just thinking about that prospect.

I am also glad to hear the praise for Barrios. He does not get much love around here. I think he will have a big year for us. I agree that there really are not too many Defensive backfields on our schedule who will be able to slow him down if he is burning our guys in practice consistently.
