There's a handful of players who aren't seeing the field at all or maybe in a few games ame for a few few snaps.

Are these players just not ready to play at all, or are they being held out for certain reasons?

Great question. Everyone in this board was so excited when Alonzo showed up.

Are fans that actually lived through Miami's championships and saw the greatness live, witness the Orange Bowl in its heyday better Miami fans? The Ubermensch of the fanbase as it were? I think so!

CIS has criticized the QB inaccuracies, and poor mechanics.
CIS has criticized the passing game and the lack of creativity.
CIS has criticized the failure to modify the offense to fit our personnel.

How many of those things would fall on the hands of the quartback coach? Now ask yourself how many of those things would fall on the "passing game coordinator"? I agree Noone knows how much blame should be split of the pie but I have witnessed 75-80% Gattis 10-15% Mario and 10-15% TVD. Ask yourself who is missing.

Not saying he’s infallible but I would venture to say the OC and HC have a say like you have pointed out.

Would you be putting blame on him if the TVD version of the last two games was there the first 4 games?

Likely not but speaking just for myself, I don’t know if the passing concepts, routes, etc was Ponce or Gattis. Obviously a chance has been made that benefits TVD and the receivers and I don’t know which of the two bears that praise for the change and blame for what we where watching before.

I wasn't advocating for a set percentage. I just know currently as is Ponce has gone unmentioned. If we are gonna pretend he has no responsibility or input he should at least be called out for being a lemon. And even with the few changes we've seen of late. He should have identified much sooner as the QB coach/passing game coordinator what most benefitted the QB and passing game.
