This site is like a giving tree. Now we have a kid who hasn't even secured the starting role yet at his HS possibly beating out our annointed savior who hasn't even played a down of college football for starting QB at the Universioty of Miami. Now that's rich. Carry on...

Go Canes!

P.S. - I hope they both succeed at Miami, but the above seems silly at best.

There is no mention of that anywhere in this thread. (No wonder Americans are so easily mislead and misinformed.)

Perry will have to absolutely fight to keep the starting job (if he establishes that this year, of course) - from the post 6 above. Note the word possibly in my post. Thanks for your input. I really appreciate from such a worldly individual.

Go Canes!

I mean he gives a good interview so naturally that means whoever our starting QB is, is in for a dogfight next year?

CIS logic: good interview means you make quick accurate reads, make great decisions, have a quick release and great pocket awareness, scan the field quickly and find the open receivers, and hit them in stride. The better the interview goes, the better a QB you are.

Still waiting for him to earn the starting QB position and have his first good year as a high school QB. But he sounds good, doe

There's really no reason to think he won't push whoever our starting QB is.

His effort and tools alone will make those around him better. I've been in those rooms before. Dudes who come in built like that, who live in the film room, and actually put out make folks a little uneasy. I realize he may never play here, but he kind of has that "teachers pet" thing going on and will make others not want Sits to make them look bad lol as crazy as it sounds.

And let me be clear that I'm in the camp of Perry >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Sits

Very impressive build for sitkowski who is only 17
In the article from today at itu he says he no longer talks to other schools and is ready to compete no matter who the starter is because there is competiton everywhere you go pretty much

No kidding. He looks like an NFL QB, and talks like one. Only one thing he has to do now....
