I stopped reading after "its not about talent" .... of course it is. Every day I read the Palm Beach post blog reviewing a specific position for the new season and the players rating coming out of High school. While I am not sure there is always as much difference between a 5 Star and 4 star coming out of high school - we have way too many 2 stars and 3 stars.

Yes intensity matters but it really makes an impact when you combine with with talent - right now we dont have either which is on Al. Dump him - hire someone without Alumni back ground that is well known for developing talent and have them work Dade, Broward and Palm Beach and we will contend again
