because we are almost full with 25 commitments.

It is going to be painful to watch this board melt down every time a kid like Lammons pulls the trigger and pretends like we are still interested. The only kids that could commit to us today if they wanted to are:

Johnnie Dixon
Braxton Berrios
Dalvin Cook
Thomas Holley
Anthony Moten
Sony Michel

There may be 1-2 others but the remainder of our class will come from that group barring any kids that "blow up" during their senior years. We have never had such a strong class so early. Please adjust your expectations and thinking.

The real fun will come after all of the kid's listed in the OP commit elsewhere and then we lose one of our existing commits. THAT'S when the fun begins.
 
I think we are definitely recruiting 1-2 Safeties, 1-2 WR's, & 1-2 DT's. That's all we need to finish this class, 3-6 commits.
 
There will be other names that emerge as the season goes on

I am sure Al wants one more safety, 2 d-tackles, 1 more I-lineman, 2 wrs and my guess is another linebacker or 2

So there will be more attrition and we may even have a decommit or 2

Nothing is in stone until the ink is dry and the fax is in
 
Who is melting down over Lammons? I don't see anyone? I mean...I really REALLY wanted a CB on my favorite football team that A. is shorter than I am and B. I'm possibly faster than (ok boys...not really), but I'm going to curb my emotions after this loss.
 
Canesman recruiting doesnt stop with the above listed group of recruits, you have to continue recruiting what you have and there will be players that blossom late. That being said are commitment list will change we will lose 2 to 4 of our current committs to prep, Juco, switch commitments etc etc.

I'm concentrating more on the 25 "yes'" we've had and its only August. Plus we have Griffin and Lockley hopefully with their face in a book.
 
Sony is planning on going to every home game with Clark but don't worry they are going just as fans.

Ok now I hope everybody remembers that their will be EE who count on LAST YEARS class. Also, their will be decommitments in this class. Also, UM isnt going to say no to the top, top recruits that they want, they will make room. Its funny people keep *****ing about the numbers because the staff is the ones least worried because they know wwhat they're doing

Lane isnt afraid. He's a business recruit who wants to dominate, break records, win titles and leave in 3 years. If you heard the interview all it did was validate what I said for months that he wants the best situation or him to dominate early and often and thats not us. **** we should smile because it means we're loaded at wr and he knows that
