If we drop close game to clemson, bama and Ohio state win out.

Auburn and uga gone. Wisconsin gone.

Comes down to us and Ohio state. No way they go over us with 2 losses (1 a blowout) right?

They shouldn't, but Ohio State has the $$$ to influence people's opinions (see the 2003 Fiesta Bowl). My guess is, we would be screwed. I mean, look at the media now. They are already trying to find a path for them to get in. It's bulls*it and it is sickening.

Auburn will beat Bama in the Iron Bowl.

The Football Gods have spoken. Auburn MUST beat Bama to get in, so they will.

Taint needs us and Wisky to lose. I think we run the table to the Playoffs by beating Pitt and Clemson. Taint’s brown bag money isn’t helping it this year, unless we fvck up.

Having a discussion. Relax.

But yeah it's crazy to think they could get in. Perfect scenario would be as mentioned above but I don't see Michigan beating Ohio state. I think all their qbs are hurt ha.

Would I like Taint to get in? Yes, to give us a chance to square up for 2003. But not at the expense of ******** Wisconsin.

Auburn beating Bama would be great for the SEC. Bama is already in the playoff. If the winner of the SECCG is not Bama, they may pick up another spot.

Oddly enough, I would think that Auburn beating Bama would open the door for Taint to get in, unless Wisky runs the table.

There could be pressure to actually drop Bama, depending on how bad they lose to Auburn.

I’d hate like **** for that scenario or a half dozen others to be in the hands of “the committee”. I wouldn’t be optimistic of us getting in if we lose to Clemson. They just ranked us below a Clemson team that lost to a team we beat, so the committe is capable of all kinds of twisted logic to put just about any 1 or 2 loss “name”team ahead of us if we lose in the ACC title game. Just win, baby.

This.

The Committee is about the Golden Rule: He who hath the Gold makes the Rules.

The NCAA and the Networks probably believe that anything involving Taint and Bama will get serious ratings and dollars. If the Canes don’t take care of business, we’re going to the Orange Bowl, not the Playoffs.

We are 10-0. The only undefeated team in the ACC and one of the few unbeaten schools left around the nation with a chance. We keep on finding ways to win. Until someone beats us I will say forget about this Clemson beating us talk. We will find a way to beat them and whoever else we play.
