UL will think starting a freshman QB that we will be conservative. Even if not completed it gets corners and safety's to back up a little bit and will open up our intermediate passing game. What you guys think?

We gotta get chunks of yards on first down. Id rather let duke take one first play let them know what they have to stop all game. Gotta keep brad out of 3rd and long

Quick punt out of shotgun. Reverse the field on them. They'd never see it coming.

With the way Coley thinks and based on charting his plays, that's actually what would be the expected play call.

My hope is he sets something up in a similar formation to the Louisville or Pitt game. 2WR/2TE set. Twins on field side. Make it subtle so the Louisville players take note. Fake a WR screen and hit Duke or TE underneath. This ain't Florida Atlantic (flea flicker) at home. We need to control momentum on the road.

Play action to duke, coley goes deep and hit berrios open on a crossing route for a huge gain. Maybe out run the d for 6 🙌

I'd like to see our staff play chess not checkers. I don't want to see us run/run/pass the whole game. Mix it up and use the weapons we have. What we should have done with there d-line standing up and moving around is let the QB audible to a run up the gut. We probably won't see that Monday night since they have a new DC.

move put chick in the wildcat, move kaaya out to slot and have sunny odogwu go deep

I like it. But, it might be a bigger surprise if we start with an onside KO that we recover, then spring the quick punt on them. Especially if we are in the red zone. It will totally confuse them - then they are our *******!
