Pitt vs WVU Tonight

I'm just saying bro... we can't look at the 1st games after a long summer and just check off UNC and Pitt as wins.

They gone play they best ball against us, per usual.
I agree with that wholeheartedly...

Especially, UNC, regardless of what people think about the FAMU game they will not be a walk in the park.

But Pitt is a very winnable game for us, as long as we don’t play down to competition.

It's just hard to picture. ****, people here are already doing the "no reason to win less than 10" nonsense. I can't see us getting a better combo of coaching and money any time soon, so I hope the commitment is there. I really do.
Man I still see 8-4 for us. But that’s not what I’m caring about. Show fight in the games. Don’t quit. No silly antics.

Because I know Mario is building through recruiting and Portal.

I hear all the preseason stories that our guys have been supplying the board. But holla at me after TAMU game.

I don’t know if we have the Jimmie’s and joes to just say we walk in 10 wins.

Even dee was saying to chill on the crowing of TVD and that he still has work to do.

Let’s just see how we are.

WR, OL, LB scares the **** out of me. Yes we got some DL transfers but I want to see how these guys play together for real.

All good points, but around here that doesn't outweigh "we have more talent than everybody but ATM & Clemson". As usual it'll be the end of the world if we lose to a Coastal team. You'd think we would have learned that well-coached teams can beat you now and then despite the talent difference.

Tight end turned RB I guess

Crazy that a dude no one down here have a crap about and was a small school tight end recruit looks like exactly the type of big physical running back we’ve been missing for years.

It better be winnable Manny owned them the past couple years and that was with their 1st round QB & Receiver

Not at all...

The bed is made already.

Whatever happens this season doesn’t even matter to me.

Win, lose or draw, when we hired Mario it was a long term investment into the future for the next decade plus, so that means there’s no rush for me from how I’m looking at things.

Whatever our Offense will look like is inconsequential.
I was with you up until the last line. Take that **** right back.

Coastal division is gonna Coastal division. We've been in this hamster wheel for too long where basically every game is a toss up. It's time to rise to the top of the entire ACC and beat the brakes off teams like Pitt the majority of the time.
Coastal literally is a hamster wheel. Every year a new team wins it.

I'm watching right now, not impressed with Pitt. I think UNC is more talented and they will be better than the Panthers unless Mack Brown corches them to the ground.

Not to be that "Team ACC" guy but it is nice to see everyone taking care of business--particularly with conference realignment looming.

Pitt is solid nothing more nothing less. If we play our game we should win by two scores. We are the more talented team and their offense is not near as good this year as they were last year.

Pitt looked solid last night in a tough first game with a new QB. We do have more talent and will be home. I expect the Canes to win, but it's not a walk over.

I don't know about that. PItt pretty stout on both lines. I do think our new front 7 can get after their QB, but they will assuredly will try to win the LOS and run the ball. Their D line got after it towards the end of the game and could be an issue for our oline.

Yeah, that's the position we are in. Went into to last night's game wanting WVU to win, but it's better for the conference to win these games. It's all about survival right now.
