Pitt vs WVU Tonight

Slovis with time can pick you apart but there's a good reason Whipple was forced out out of Pitt. Narduzzi is looking to run the ball 40 times and win games 14-10. Stop the run and get pressure on Slovis and they're neutralized. He isn't as mobile as Pickett either.
Yup, he said so himself smh...

I’m not a big fan of Whipple ball either, but it worked for Pitt last year & won them the **** ACC title & The Narduzzi is so hellbent on “tOugHneSs! rUnNiNg tHe bALl bRo!” that he’s literally going to shoot himself in the foot & debilitate his teams potency due to his own lopsided ego & resistance to evolving.

Pitt literally has their best season in 40 years and Nadruzzi scraps the offense that won him the conference and goes back to the 1980’s.
It’s why I haven’t been too big on Pitt despite what people have been saying

They’ll always be a solid team and their D is tough, but last year was a total anomaly for them

Pickett and Addison were as good a combo as there was in the country

Rigidity & stubbornness kills coaches careers...

Adaptability & evolving is the key to long sustained success.

Do what works when it works until it doesn’t, then change.

Even Leach being as pass happy as he is has never adapted & that’s why he’s been stagnant for the majority of his career; Where Lincoln RIley, Josh Heupel & his disciples lapped him is they added on a viable uptempo rushing attack to pair with the effective quick passing game & that’s where their early success has come from.

They took the good aspects of the Offense & shredded the unnecessary stuff.

I feel like you are secretly hoping Josh Gattis sees this…
