Pitt VS TENN thread

Geez. Pitt about to go up 24-6 then INT and then TD.

Ahhh, I have read more than a few posts saying how much Pitt lost from last year, therefore they will not be as good this year
I swear to god this fanbase is not capable of thinking with any kind of nuance

So they won the ACC last year. Lose their QB and best WR and people say man…they might not be as good next year

That’s “writing them off”?

Is there no middle ground from winning the conference and being dog****?

Good lord

What's the rule if the DB is pushing the WR out of bounds and the WR comes back in bounds to make the catch?

Exactly what I'm saying . So these fans put 2+2 together and think we beat them last year. We will crush them this year.

This team is going to be in a fight with Duke this year.

Ok I gotcha. I think you and I agree and maybe we are looking at the extreme dumbassery of our fanbase

I think it’s logical to question whether Pitt can win the ACC again but also acknowledge that they will be a problem

That’s where I’m at anyway

So this Tenn offense is what we could have had if we hired Briles…
Maybe Art, but not Kendal...

His Offense is an adaptation of the Veer & Shoot, that he particular predicates on a heavy uptempo rushing attack.

This Tennessee Offense is one of the offshoots of the Spread-Raid that he & Lincoln Riley took the passing concepts from the Leach-Raid & combined it with the Spread rushing attack to maximize optimal effectiveness while utilizing pace & space with Wide split formations that takes advantage of the Defenses Safeties pulling them away from the LOS.

I think you’re thinking of Alex Golesh that we apparently were considering, which in all honesty I don’t believe lol

The bride is a Pitt alum. Need to bite my tongue when Tennessee scores. With that being said, and how we looked today, Im not sure we're better than Pitt. The Coastal is a miserable conference.
