First of all, crying like girls about this year’s parking situation when by the next couple of days pretty much everyone will get what they want.

Now whining about this, when it’s not even being built in the parking area, but land WEST OF THE STADIUM owned by Ross.

Read the fūcking article and stop crying like babies...it has NOTHING to do with parking.

The old horse race track on county line road has been demolished. Why not put a practice facility there. It’s right next to the turnpike.

I'm not even a Dolphins fan and found Stephen Ross' embrace of the Gheyturds to be reprehensible BUT we gotta stop b!tching about the guy spending his own money on his own stuff. As OCCC said, the parking situation will not be an issue for anyone on here and neither will this.

At the end of the day, Ross gave us the current iteration of Hard Kock- which we all seemingly like. If you wanna ***** then go ***** at the school and alumni for making us permanent "tenants" when it comes to our stadium situation.
