Don't do anything crazy, sir. We need these reports

Spafford gets mentioned a lot. Thought his role was not as big from the start but it seems he is just as fast as he was prior injury.
He's white. The deception is real.Believe the official term in this case is "deceptively fast"
Lofton will be healthy, Gilbert will be a better target than Bauman, and Mueller is a new target that's ahead of where the freshmen were last year. And Mensah may actualy be looking for the TEs.
I personally would too but I don't think Dawson and Mario are ready to greatly reduce the 11 and 12 sets. I think with all the attention the WRs will get there will be opportunities for the TEs.Okay, now I see where you got your projections of 700 yards for 7 or 8 TDs from. Duke had 3 tight ends with collectively 677 yards (454 + 203 + 20) and 10 TDs. If Mensah repeats what happened at Duke, you'd be dead on, with a couple TDs to spare.
I don't think our TEs are good enough to target relative to our WRs and RBs. I'd personally prefer lining up 5 WRs, 4 WRs + 1 RB or 3 WRs + 2 RBs than throw to the TE. We are just so **** talented there, why waste snaps on relative mediocrity.
If Lofton is healthy, I'd put him at one of those 2 RB spots or a split end more than as a TE. ... I suppose if you count him as a TE in an H-Back role, then we might get to 700 yards and 7/8 TDs.
