Lmao whatI think we wasted to much time in Sofla. I bet next year the staff recruit more nationally.

Hopefully this won't affect Mark Pope next year, we gotta keep a good relationship with the ridge.
we can't let that kid get away, straight beast.
You guys need to stop with this bytch *** stuff about next year at Southridge or next year at STA or next year at _______.
Gibson is the one who decided to play footsies with Oregon as a long-time UM commit. We told him we needed a commitment or that we had to find someone to take his place so we didn't wind up holding the bag in February. Gibson chose to keep sucking that Oregon dyck. So we had to move on. This is on Gibson. And Harley's facquitry is on Harley.
My man!!!
Chise stays bringing da lulz
Definitely!!!
What in the actual ****.The culture down here is ridiculous and laughable. Kid is committed for an entire year had zero offers solid offers besides us and decided to **** around with Oregon weeks before signing day.
This season proves that winning doesn't cure all. Once again it's a double edged sword- offer a kid early and they play you. Offer a kid late and we.didnt show enough love.
I said it before. The recruiting blue print needs to change. Family like the Gibsons are pathetic. Have some respect for the home team that's been on you since day 1. Zero respect from the locals and it all starts with these scumbag parents always looking for the better deal.
Add south ridge to the list of schools that we will have a hard time recruiting in the future. This hurts our chances with Pope
you have to remember that Gibson grew up watching Oregon dominate under Chip Kelly. no natty's but they won alot of games, blew people out, and had fresh unis. at the same time, Miami has been a **** show and always got humiliated when on tv in recent years.
You can't blame Gibson for wanting to play for Oregon over Miami....but I don't like how you can be committed for a year and just leave when a new program just swoops in with something new.
Golden recruited SoFla better his first year with sanctions pending and "bad SoFla relationships"
Start a separate thread and list both of their first classes, TIA.
Miami had the number 10 class in the country according to 247 sports after Golden's first full season. NCAA cloud was in full swing.
Unless we close with Thomas, McFarland, Smith and Slaton there is no way we get to No. 10 this year.
Golden's first full season class was a numbers game. I believe he had over 30 in that one. And a lot of those guys didn't even pan out/transferred/ got kicked off the team.
How many games did that class win? Talk to me in a few years about who had a better first full class. After all these years if mediocrity, I don't give a **** about recruiting rankings anymore. Results are all that matters.

sometimes I wanna get out of Pittsburgh stg
Cane.
Just warning you...This kid is as much a diva as any SoFla kid.
His tweet made that obvious. That tweet was right out of the S. FL diva playbook.
I'll take those divas. Once they step on the football field, they are mentally tougher than kids from anywhere in the country.

How does a school make up ground recruiting a kid during a dead period? Would love an explanation.

I'm down with this but no excuses.
Gibson is nothing special. We have enough safeties like him to be honest. Miami needs to find a game changing safety. I can't remember the last time we signed a big time safety, or had one become a game changer for us. Hopefully Jaquan can be that guy for us, but the mediocre safety recruiting has to end.
