Perry tweet....

He will play this year guaranteed.
This may be a very unpopular opinion & I'm sure people will disagree big time, but I wouldn't have been mad if he took those last few snaps on that last drive...

I know I know he sucks he sucks, I get it, but one thing about him is he'll throw the **** ball he wouldn't have been standing back there holding it, he would've let it rip on 1st down.

I'M NOT SAYING HE SHOULD START NOR AM I SAYING HE'S BETTER THAN JARREN! Just saying, for ONE series while we were still in range to score a TD before it was 3rd & 20+ I feel he could've made just one big throw in the End zone.

I fully realize even typing this I'm throwing rocks at a hornets nest lol

PFF presented a stat during bowl season...Perry was one of the best QBs in the red zone in the naysh last year.

Still don't believe it myself...but that is what their numbers said.

As I noted in my other post, Perry was really engaged in the game, conversing with Jarren all the time. He wasn't sulking or anything of that nature. (And I was literally right there to see it in front of me)
That's good to hear. End of day, it's all about winning the game.

Acting like #2. Don't think they would be experimenting with Tate @ wr if he were the back up qb.

Either that or it drastically improved from last year.

I think the later is obviously true. Fingers crossed that it lasts this entire year. Build off of that foundation instead of having immediate dysfunction at that marquee position. Once you start stacking small culture victories on top of each other then you do eventually become a "new" Miami.

There was a point during the game when Jarren made a good play and Nkosi was on the sideline jumping up and down as if he was a little kid.

Exactly, and he actually jumped before the pass was thrown because that's where he knew and wanted the ball to go on that play!

He tweeted and deleted one that was talking about being stuck between a rock and a hard place immediately after the game.

Whatever he decides to do (likely leave), I give him a ton of credit because dude was SUPER engaged during the game. When Jarren was a bit out of it and letting a playclock run down, guy was jumping up and down in the sideline like a nuclear missile was about to strike the stadium. Absolutely IN IT. Wish we could say that about some of the guys who actually played and, when **** went wrong, decided to sulk instead.
