Perry is better than Kaaya Rosier Morris and Jacory! Just give him the same reps and watch the major difference in accuracy, touch, and quickness. The problem is design or schemes of receivers routes, which are too long for weak OL pass blocking. Perry would excel in Bama and Clemson offensive schemes. I played QB and he has all the throws from watching him live. Yes, he needs someone like Kelly or Kosar to help him watch films and learn how to read pre snap coverage

If that's the arguement being dano has evaluated FAR better than us 150% I agree. Comparing malik & nkosi/karren situations 150% I disagree. There was NEVER an actual open competition here. Its debatable if we even had one last year. Only thing threw a cog in that was transfer. But dano has shown the best skill play. Dee just so we are clear on the point I was making is that out of all the qbs they have recruited only a handful panned out for Clemson and happen to be really good(boyd, Watson, Lawrence). Of the transfers Chad kelly was solid for ole miss and hunter Johnson might be good but that is still a pretty low hit rate when you consider all of the blue chip qbs they have gotten since 2010 or so. With that being said every 3-4 years they do seem to hit on a guy who is really good. That’s what we have got to do, not everyone is going to Pan out but we got to find that one transcendent talent at the position
IMO, the plan should be a QB every year, with the expectation that if you're not the starter or backup after your RS SO year (going into RS JR year) my staff and I will help you transfer to anywhere that will take you as the starter. We will make sure you are a grad transfer do you dont have to sit out a year also. That gives the player 2 years to put something on tape for the NFL. No harm, no foul, thank you for your service. This is what I'd be selling Weldon, stay with us 1 more year, graduate and transfer, we still need you for depth and challenging for the backup spot.

But its physically impossible to play them all brother. Chad kelly was a **** good qb BUT who are u gonna sit so he can play,boyd,watson? Same with hunter johnson & now kelly Bryant. It's important to realize kelly Bryant is a **** good college qb. But you only got 1 ball. Do you play kelly Bryant who is close to his ceiling or u can atleast visualize it against a kid like sunshine who personally I feel is slightly overrated but you cant deny his tools. If you get that out of him hes a once a generation type player. I'll take ANY of those qbs over basically all of our situation since brock probably. A couple possible arguements to be had in marve,jacory,possibly steve,brad. Our main problem has been we havent had any coaches in place who can develop our qbs for soooooooo long now. Kids are regressing here at the position. No excuse for that. I know I keep getting into more than the simple discussion. But it's all relevant to our failures at the position & why the situations to me arent comparable.
