No I don't think their stupid I just think it don't matter that much to em, and that goes either way. They want to go to where they can shine, such was Leach's selling point to his new QB, hey you wanna lead the nation in passing ? Leach just insured that kid plays Sunday, I doubt he ever asked Leach if he was friends with Trump. You may not have noticed but Trump actually has this country kicking ***, I doubt he would tolerate Mork over about 15 minutes, poor job performance in year 3 ? Your gone !! Get me somebody in here that can win. He damm sure wouldn't have extended the last two coaches either, you go broke doin business like that. Good thing BOT playing with house money eh ?

Their QB is a white kid from Mississippi. Not an inner city kid like I was pointing out. I stated earlier he would be able to land. Elite Kickers, Punters, QBs, and OL from the rural areas of Florida. The rest of the positions is where he would have trouble.

You don't need to convince me about Trump. I never stated I was for or against Trump. However, I am from the inner city and still spend a lot of time in those areas. Kids there here Trump and immediately assume the worst so do their parents. None of these parents would let their kids play for someone like that. None of those kids would want to play for someone who is friends with Trump. Every kid that follows college football knows about Leachs assocaition with Trump.
 
In my mind theres no bigger risk you can take in hiring a coach than hiring one who was fired from his last job for underachieving and we've already done that with Richt so I don't see how people think hiring Leach is a bigger risk than hiring Richt. I cant think of one example of a coach who was fired for underachieving and then went on with another team and won a NC or even played in one.

Well, I have never heard of it and I'm right in the biggest recruiting area in Texas, I'm still pretty close to several 6a coaches though, I' m gonna ask em

If leach started recruiting in your area you would hear about it within a couple days. Word spreads in cities very fast.

Man I said that the day we hired him, makes zero sense, can't believe these people are held no more accountable than they are, be great if Trump logic was used. It would be really interesting to know how much money this school has just blown out their *** on coaches since Butch, hire em, extend em, then buy em out, over and over and over. It's gotta be astronomical the wasted millions, its a damm good thing their not in business for themselves

Like I said you clearly don't spend much time around inner city kids so you don't really understand how Trump is viewed there. If someone was trying to start up a hunting team in some rural Appalachian mountain team in west Virginia. I wouldn't think it would be a good idea for them to hire someone who is great friends with the leader of ISIS to recruit these guys either.

Did you not read my previous comment? I said most likely the majority of the SEC HCs voted for him, but no one can prove that because the other coaches keep their politics to themselves. Also, there is a big difference between voting for him and being friends with him. The kid would think Oh maybe he voted for him due to him being the lesser of 2 evils between Hillary and Trump. Or they voted for him because of his fiscal policies. Any number of reasons. However, when you are actually friends with the man that would means you like the mans character. A young black man living in the inner city will take that as a massive red flag at the very least.

I am from the inner city and still know tons of people that live there. This is how the vast majority think.

Yah keep talking about things you know absolutely nothing about. You clearly have never been to the inner city and have no idea how these kids think. Like I said this is not about politics. People in the inner city do not like Trump. Even someone with absolute no knowledge of the inner city now that. If Leach was friends with George Bush no one would bat an eye. Trump is the issue with these kids.

Bruh, it's a lost cause. No amount of logic and facts will convince anti-Trumpers that most people, inner city or not, dont care about a HC's politics. Now people are just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks and making up nonsense. Leach has probably recruited thousands of kids. Find me one shred of evidence- tweet, Facebook post, Instagram, anything- where a recruit said he wouldn't play for Leach because he is a Trump supporter or anti-Obama and I will concede the argument. The man has never beat another school out for an elite recruit in his life. How about you read the article and then read it again. The guy is talking about recruiting at Wazzou. Yes, it won't effect white kids in Oregon and Washington. However, it **** sure will affect trying to land 4 star kids in the inner city. No elite school will touch this guy with a ten foot poll.

And I am not an anti-Trumper. I actually really appreciate the tax break I received from him. I don't care who he is friends with. He could be best friends with Vlad Putin. If I thought he could win games I would want him here. I know people from the inner city and the hate they have for trump is way worse than you are making it out to be.

Also, no recruit is going to tweet out "I am not going to wazzou because the coach likes trump". Even the biggest **** heads like Jobe are reasonable in their de commitments.

Like I said this isn't about politics. No one would care if he was friends with Bush or friends with Obama. Trump is different because he is hated in the inner city.
