he missed the TD to Odunzie bc he didnt step upAnd Penix wasn't stepping up in the pocket with the DE screaming around the end all game. It caused him to rush his throws hence 2 INTs.

Absolutely..he missed the TD to Odunzie bc he didnt step up
Washingtons O-Line is overrated. It was a typo. How is Washington overrated? They don't have the same talent level across the field as those other top tier teams. They over achieved like TCU did last year.
According to 247, Washington ranked outside of the top 25 based on talent composite.
Based on your statement, you can say that Mario is overrated. BTW, Miami ranked 12th on the list.
Hate to say it about the kid because i like his game, but the visible “pain’ increased as the chances of winning diminished.I knew once he started acting like he was hurt every play he was toast
I’m sure he was beat up, especially by the end of the game, but the limping around after you know you missed an easy play is a tale as old as time
I hear ya, but that's one game. And, Michigan D-Line has wrecked everyone O-Line this year.Washingtons O-Line is overrated. It was a typo.
And there is nothing to step into when your entire IOL is getting pancaked backwards at will of the D-Line.
Yeah don’t get me wrong that kid is a beast and I’m a huge fanHate to say it about the kid because i like his game, but the visible “pain’ increased as the chances of winning diminished.
Also, DeBoer didn’t offer much assistance walking with him in the tunnel to the locker room.
Watch, us heartless fools will find out he has 7 broken ribs.
To his credit, from what I’ve read, I didn’t see him making any excuses or deflecting.
This!!! No helpMy main issue was that RT #73 was STRUGGLING and they kept leaving him out there alone while all the pressure came from that side.

Yeah, me, for example.I hear ya, but that's one game. And, Michigan D-Line has wrecked everyone O-Line this year.
It wouldn't surprise me if Michigan D-Line is more talented than Washington O-Line.
And, I believed many folks picked Michigan to win this game based on their dominance in the trenches alone.
Agreed. It was push from the DL at all angles. If I wasn't so afraid of being called a Harbaugh slurper, I would say that their pass rush was elite and impressive. And Penix wasn't stepping up in the pocket with the DE screaming around the end all game. It caused him to rush his throws hence 2 INTs.
The coaches of Washington should be arrested for the torture they put Penix through. That shot after the game where he struggled to leave the field all by himself was heart rending. I could not believe they did not sub for him as he struggled valiantly. It reminded me of a time when we tortured the Oklahoma QB and Barry Switzer stopped him from returning to his punishment with a hug and a sit down. Made me admire Switzer at that time. Also reminds me of Mike Martin and how he ruined his pitching staffs, no game is that important to risk permanent injury. I haven't checked today of any reports on his injuries but it was obvious during the game he needed to be pulled.
That's true. Oregon was their best test.Yeah, me, for example.
Washington didn't face many outstanding D-Lines this season.
Yeah, and even there, you saw that front is susceptible to stunts inside. That's true. Oregon was their best test.
