It’s a mockery. People are begging openly for it to be curtailed. If we don’t curtail it then what happens when other people do the same thing? How do we do anything to anyone at that point if we don’t start with the obvious here?

We know what he’s doing. Even LCE agreed after standing up for him initially and then witnessing it firsthand and he never gets involved in that. I warned this guy on the board and I warned in general in a trolling and insults thread that’s stickied to this board. He can sit and behave when he comes back.

Whose doing the complaining? This is a message board with adults. Do you really think that the 20 people who attack his every post need you to protect their sensitive eyes? There's an ignore button at everyone's disposal.

Silencing the very few voices of opposition to this 'we hate manny' mob is weak sauce.

An old native scout taught me a trick. When you see a thread that you think is uninteresting or stupid he says that you can actually just ignore that thread. He said that you DON'T even have to click it. Wild **** right?
 
@Andrew as alternative to banned should have feature where users can't post threads for extended time period. Could call it Canceled.

Ha. That’s great. When 5 of the 10 first threads are all the same who is that good for? Who is it helping? His message is irrelevant. If I started 10 threads a day with different ways to say “Fire Manny” it would be the same thing.

Just as I can ignore his threads, you could have ignored my comment. The point of a message board, however, is to encourage discourse and share thoughts and opinions. When one person hijacks the board with spam it is not doing anything but flaming the board and trying to start fires.

Finally, it’s not just his own threads. He inserts himself into any thread that is for another coach and does the same thing. When you look at the replies, it’s clear that his act has worn thin and he is doing nothing more than trolling.

Bull****. UGA doesnt have a stud QB, neither does Oregon. OU benched their QB . Louisville won nothing major with Lamar Jackson. Fake

I’m getting complaints in DM’s from normal, solid posters too. He’s not getting infracted for having a supportive opinion of Manny in the ordinary course of discussion. He’s getting infracted for repeatedly starting threads about it because he’s trolling.

We’ve clipped plenty of Manny haters too. You can be the new voice of Keep Manny - I don’t care. There’s a difference between that opinion - as clueless as it is - and trolling. What’s weak as **** is the sentimental saps who weep for a guy to be let back from his 1 week ban early to do the same thread starting troll spewel at the expense of the vast majority.

No special treatment. Tell all of the trolls. We will clip them. We will clip them all.
 
Against my better judgement I've tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and engage in a discussion, but fraggle's off napping within 30 seconds of posting a thread. Then he wakes up 2 hours later and starts another one with the exact same premise and rather than re-visiting any of his previous threads to engage with posters who are open to debate.

He had this coming, he'll be back in a week.
 
... and Pitt will go back to 7-6 next year when Kenny Pickett is gone.

I’ve shown the screenshots. He literally starts one of these threads and logs off immediately and then comes back to respond 2 hours later and starts another one of these threads and does the same log-off thing. Wash rinse repeat.

I realized it because when I would go to respond to him, he was already offline - and it was a pattern.
