I'd like to hear if you play a 4-3 defense and you opponent has a 4 wr set formation how would you guys cover it? I'd like to hear this one. As far as I know the Strong or Weak linebacker always covers the the slot receiver.
This right here. I'm reading this and feeling down cause we can have a great defense just gotta go out and hire the right man. Narduzzi, Pruitt or Mark StoopsThreads like this are depressing
So Fla kids in his scheme=new dynasty for the U.

Have you heard of a Nickel package?
Don't let Narduzzi fool you: his defense is extremely simple, but he's also a master of 3rd down blitzes out of his nickel package. Creative as **** and aggressive. Dude basically took what Tommy Tubbs taught him at a clinic in Miami and then added a few twists and a sick 3rd down blitz package.
It depends on their routes. The corners jam and safeties read inside recievers.
The Corner jams and and if his man goes deep hes manned up, if he stops short there is underneath help. Safety reads inside receiver if he goes deep hes manned up if he cuts in the is underneath help and the safety plays center field.
They split the field in "halves" that is their "base". The blitzing is a little different but same principle. 4 down lineman with double a gap pressure. The Corners play the man/zone combo, one safety plays Robber (center field)and the remaining LB and safety play underneath in halves. Just one type of blitz

All I had to hear was his comment talking about Oregon. He said basically "my defense is versatile, but simple. I spend one half teaching them and the other half adapting to their opponents. I make it simple and give them the ability to adjust quicker"
Like I don't know, when you have 6 guys covering 4 and 3 guys covering 6? Like having ten men on the field, one CB covering no one and 1 CB and 1 S covering 3 WRs? Maybe spots like that where your players could adjust?
The next time I see a LB cover a slot receiver I'm going to flip.
What about the next time you see a DE cover a slot receiver?
Well ****, you had to bring that up didn't you? I want to forget that ever happened.
Wonder how Narduzzi's film session is going to be today?
Bang-up job by Narduzzi's defense yesterday. Funny how that defense loks when they're not playing against garbage Big 10 teams and slow *** Stanford.

Clueless is as clueless does... you may want to read up on the Stanford/Oregon rivalry from last year. Slow, you guys try way to hard to disprove a known good DC for the sake of building up the worst DC the canes have ever seen.
