So Turbeville is canned at Cincy.
In looking at Cincy's commit list, I see two linemen who, IMO, look
pretty good.

What are your thoughts?

Tyrone Chambers-DT/G-Brush, Ohio.
Listed at 6,5/325 on Scout site.
He doesn't appear to be that big on film, but he's not small.

Jakari Robinson-DT/C/G-Munford, Alabama.
I actually like this guy's video better than Chambers.
What I do like about both is that they also play DT, which means
that they are not big, stiff OLmen prospects.

Tyrone Chambers, a DT from Brush, could be one of those late-blooming Ohio prospects: Ohio State football recruiting

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- There was nothing out of the ordinary about Tyrone Chambers' visit to Ohio State for the 38-0 win over Hawaii on Saturday.

The Brush defensive tackle went into the recruiting room, stood on the sidelines before the game and spoke with cornerbacks coach Kerry Coombs. You know, the usual game day recruiting experience.

* Urban Meyer concerned Ohio State's national recruiting presence leaving Ohio 'ripe for the picking'

"The visit was amazing," Chambers told Northeast Ohio Media Group on Sunday. "I had an incredible time at the game. The atmosphere was insane, and it was just an all-around good visit."

It doesn't take much to impress a Northeast Ohio prospect. Like most of the other in-state recruits, Chambers said Ohio State is his dream school. That's not uncommon. But the 6-foot-5, 325-pound junior doesn't have an Ohio State offer. He has ones from Akron, Bowling Green and Toledo, which is typical considering late-blooming prospects often first hear from schools in the MAC.

There's a chance that Chambers, though unrated on 247Sports' site, could be very coveted by the time his junior season ends. There are a lot of late-bloomers in Ohio high school football, and this is the situation that Urban Meyer fears.

Because Ohio State is recruiting so well and putting classes together so fast, there's a chance they may not have room for a guy like Chambers if it takes him a while to hit his peak. Ohio State, though, is still keeping close tabs on Chambers, wanting to make sure they have a continuing relationship as he progresses.

"I probably get 15 letters a week from Ohio State," Chambers said. "They don't call much, but I get a lot of e-mails from (player personnel director) Mark Pantoni. I've been to Ohio State about 15 times, but this trip was amazing."

Guess who else is recruiting Chambers? Michigan State.

Though Chambers doesn't have a visit planned to East Lansing, he's trying to take a trip to watch the Spartans play. He also thinks that he's going to be in Columbus for Ohio State's game with Michigan State in November, a matchup that could feature college football's best two teams.

It's not a surprise that Michigan State is in on Chambers. The defensive tackle is the perfect prospect the Spartans like to take out of Ohio, those who may escape Ohio State's grasp because of numbers issues.

Ohio State, though, likely could get Chambers if they want him.

"An Ohio State offer would mean the world to me, being from Ohio," Chambers said. "They said it's up to me, so I'm trying to have a big year and keep working hard. That's what's important."

You guys realize paranos is mentally challenged. He has aspergers. You guys are idiots.

Haha....so he's somewhat known around Ohio.
I like the Ohio kids, especially the linemen.
They are well-coached up there and they have size, even the ones that are bypassed by Ohio State.
You see lots of good OLmen from that state on other Big10 and MAC schools, and many of those could
probably help our program.

At 6'5" 330lbs Tyrone Chambers has very good short area quickness, but I wonder about the quality of his competition. I like his film

Whatever affliction he has is of no concern to me as the majority of the folks on this site post considerably more
garbage, especially the trolls.

At least he sticks to football.

I ride with Parashizzle.

Yeah, there is great size in Ohio. I am 6'3 and 240. I was literally the smallest dude everywhere I went when I was working out there. Everyone is big, even the chics are 6 footers.

Paranos couldn't find a quality DT on PornHub

Oh well I guess Coach Kool was on Pornhub this week watching home made movies of my latest find in Louisiana.

Dont't hate bro, it's all good. At the end of the day we are all Canes, even the undesirables such as yourself.

Go Canes

I took a look at 2017 DT Tyronne Chambers Junior year highlights, LOL this was almost unfair at times. He is on punt coverage! He looks a little smaller than his Sr year highlights and thus moves a little better. IT never hurts to have options, he could be some worth looking into as a Plan C type.

One of the things that concerns me is that Chambers only made Honorable Mention Division II team (missing the 3 levels above him), his highlights are great but it leads me to wonder if he takes a lot of plays off, which brings up a lot of question marks. he has visted OSU and MSU unofficially but they both passed an he seems like the classic MSU under the radar type they bring in and develop so for MSU to pass even after he camped with them on June 18th gives me pause.

But the kid is worth a little due diligence digging.

I give Paranos credit, he does thorough work and obviously cares. I would like for him to keep track of all his prospects with tallies as to how many get offered by us and who goes where. Not to prove him wrong, I just think it would be interesting/fun to keep track of these guys' careers.
