This Alonzo fetish must stop. To my knowledge, he has never hired a coach at any level. He’s in Seattle where Pete needs a DC. Does Zo get any input? Doubt it.

As to player personnel, asst GM’s are widely interviewing and getting hired across the NFL. Zo, not a sniff.

Even if everything you said were true, Radakovich isn't going over Mario's head to hire a temporary constant—one who already has a job AND wants a full-time role at Miami—to come in to play clean up. This is a disastrous suggestion morale-wise and would immediately cause a rift between AD and head coach—who is barely on the job one full month now.
