Panthers fire Joe Brady

That's like the 4th time I've seen someone post something ridiculous like this. Mario is a recruiting god because he understands the value of recruiting. He expects his staff to work as hard on the trail as he does. He's not going to allow a staff member to slack off at one of the absolutely more important roles that have because "they don't like to do that."

So nah, anyone he hires best be prepared to get after it.

Also, can someone please tell me when and where Joe Brady was a successful OC? Anywhere? Thanks.
Pretty easy to recruit when your actually from south florida and know the actual landscape.

I'm sure he wouldn't be a poor recruiter. The main reason I didnt see Urban Meyer returning right away to college..is dude literally insinuated " he hated recruiting" ...and Urban Meyer is the recruiting god ..better recruiter than Nick Saban.

I think he would do well here...the main thing is to get qb talent. It appears that we have it with TVD..Garcia in the wings and Jacarri Brown coming in.

Skill positions in s.fla any competent coach can recruit

I'm not even saying he would be a bad recruiter. I don't believe things just because they are on the internet. So I am not against Joe Brady, personally.

I am saying that Mario isn't going to hire anyone and let them slack off on recruiting. His whole staff will be expected to be gunners. Recruiting will be discussed prominently in any and all job interviews.

As I said: Heisman QB+NIL+Miami = a position that recruits itself. UM could easily go the Oklahoma route and have QB transfers falling over themselves to play at UM

Nothing recruits itself. Because with the top kids the 10 best programs that wear a different helmet than you do are all working their *** off against you. You have to work as hard as they do or even outwork them if there are bags involved.

Honestly, talk like this has been part of the problem for the last 20 years. A sense of entitlement within the program.

Mario WORKS. You know what successful people never do? Show up after or get outworked by the boss.

Then how's this- Mullen as an offensive analyst (which is a classic Saban move). Brady as OC. Would that soothe your hemmoroids?
No, prescription meds help with that thanks

That scenario does explain mental incompetence on your part however and unfortunately I'm not sure there's anything that can help with that

Those who had a problem with Lashlee's play calling will definitely question him as well. He isn't a polished coach yet. I'd be in favor of him in a Co-OC role with an experienced OC.

But the Panthers O-line is as bad as 2018 Canes. Worse maybe.

Sam Darnold.

PJ Walker is an XFL player who is only in the league because of his relationship with Rhule. Cam was never one for proper mechanics but now it's just embarrassing.

Rhule seems to just throw stuff at the wall & hope it sticks. His roster management is aggravating.

All this to say, judging Joe off his time in Carolina alone would be shortsighted. He bears plenty of responsibility but he's young & has shown flashes.

Brady was a college coach for all of one year. How would anyone know if he's a good recruiter or not? Just because he said he didn't like recruiting? He may not like it but could still be good at it. His recruiting ability (or lack of it) is totally unknown. What is known is he was the architect of the most prolific offensive ever.

Mixed bag from his time at lsu. If you talk to lsu fans, a surprising number are not very high on him
He didn't recruit. Hated being seen around town while he was out to eat, etc.

Also, LSU fans love Coach E.

Maybe Joe Brady is a great "passing game coordinator" type and nothing more? idk. Whatever he's good at though, I want a piece of it. No one on planet earth could stop what LSU was doing.
