Our guys are severely overrated. Garvin was nonexistent... now we know why "Zion was holding his own" in practice. Rousseau doesn't know how to sack. Those tackles are not feared at all. They were getting no penetration. It's definitely the scheme that have made past Diaz lines look good.

Lol turn your computer off
What part of that is wrong? They only had what, 1 sack? 6 TFL? Zero pass rush and dumbass Franks still threw 2 picks. All that talk about our DL "feasting" against an inexperienced gaytor line. ******* embarassing.

Did you look at what the d-line was asked to do or you just looked at the sack numbers.?

Rousseau had the only sack of the game for the defense. If there was no pressure then why did Franks throw panic balls for INTs? You are overreacting.

Some of you are acting like the D got torched all night. They gave up 17 points. In today’s game that’s unreal against a top 10 team.

Edit: they weren’t perfect by any means with some to correct but to expect them to pitch shut outs is unrealistic.

The DL held the Gators to 50 yards rushing! 50 freaking yards. Sacks are not the defining stat of grading a different line. Gators offense made two plays yesterday. The defense, like last year, consistently begins drives on their own side of the field. Our DL isn’t nowhere near a problem for us.

Need dominant defensive tackles to free up our ends. We don't have that right now.

Money post. Spot on. I wonder how much better the line will be with Nesta back.

Noticed you left out 1.9 YPC. The Dline was asked to stay disciplined in their rushing lanes to make Franks throw from the pocket. They clearly were told not to over pursue, get caught inside or lose contain. If it wasn’t for a blown coverage and a million missed tackles that plan would’ve worked.

DT depth/talent is lacking. DE's are our best unit outside of LBs.. who are, in theory. In. Theory.
