are people cranking up the heat on Flake James? I only ask this because CIS is home to most passionate, devoted UM fans. But I doubt the causal fan understands that this program will continue to suck *** until Flake is canned.

For the few people on this board who are actually well connected, is it even a possibly that Flake gets fired? Have there been any rumblings yet? If not, we’re ******* screwed.

Like Jedi and others have pointed out, Diaz is just a symptom. The administration is the plague itself. Until they’re gone, UM is dead as a program.

So please, anybody, tell me the frustration towards the administration extends past this message board.

I’d hate for it to cost CIS it’s valuable press credentials. How else will we get the clips of other reporters after they are posted elsewhere?

My issue is Flake is accountable to nobody. He seems way too comfortable. No dude makes as lazy of a hire as he did if they thought — for even a second — that there would be any sort repercussions for their incompetence.
 
If getting rid of Blake James is the short term goal, wouldn't it be wise to try and get the basketball contingent and also baseball people involved? I"m pretty sure none of them are feeling too happy with him either. He hasn't done either of those sports any favors. There's power in numbers and if the BOT and administration have fans from 3 different major sports assaulting them about the AD, they will have to listen. Maybe the WEZ people have connections to the basketball/baseball people? Assault the admin from all sides.

We need to continue to call into local radio stations and voice our displeasure, be all over social media, put pressure on the university for EVERYTHING. We spend our hard earned money to watch this school we love, when the people running it are making 6+ figures and couldn’t give a f*** about this program, only their income. Voice your displeasure everywhere that will hear us, change will follow, DO NOT do it in a counter productive way, be organized, consistent and unrelenting and our voices will be heard

THe feminist have taken control of the athletic department. They were empowered by Shalala.
