No. The issue is you don't seem to understand that football is as much about matchups & intangibles, as it is about X's & O's & athleticism. Which is why in order to validate your tirade against coaching, you are forced to loosely apply the transitive property. This only leads to an oversimplification in every aspect. It's easy to absolve players of responsibility when you make apples to oranges comparisons

They had a much better game plan than us, just had no talent to execute it. Lashlee’s game plan tonight was 💩. He didn’t attack the perimeter of that defense at all. We just threw go routes and ran dive plays smh. No sweeps, jets, counters, tosses, just dive runs. No screens to RBs, no slants, one out route by Wiggins where he got open easily. King’s glaring weakness is the deep ball. He’s very inaccurate there but we kept throwing them. Defense played well enough to win if offense could have given them some rest. TOP was all Clemson

Dude, we didnt give a F about UVA. You think our players felt the same way about UVA as 7th ranked miami at nite on primetime? We get up for these games.

I dig it, but just like after we lost to Pitt in 2018, teams have a blueprint on how to defeat us. Clemson doesn’t have these world beater athletes they’ve had in the past this year at safety and LB but they’re better at corner it seems. Venebles had them boys in position to make plays though. Best believe every other team will follow Clemsons blueprint and dare our trash WRs to beat them. They will not give us a chance to run the ball and our OC will “keep chipping away with body blows” lmao.
 
Why on defense does it always look like we struggle with alignments? We got circles coached around us. Clemson dictated the game on both sides of the ball. We just aren't where we need to be. We need better talent at receiver and OLine. And we need better coaching on defense.

That's why Pastor Richt, Dugans, & Searels deserve as much blame for last night, as the current coaching staff.

We lost big the moment Gameday was booked and they put us ranked in the top 10.

only way to stay close to Clemson is to be unranked and scheduled at noon
