they put up a much better fight than we did VS them with much much less talent than Miami.
Stop talking about how they have so much more talent than us!! How much more talented are we than Virginia? The talent gap between Virginia and them is much larger than the gap between them and us. They had a much better game plan than us, just had no talent to execute it. Lashlee’s game plan tonight was . He didn’t attack the perimeter of that defense at all. We just threw go routes and ran dive plays smh. No sweeps, jets, counters, tosses, just dive runs. No screens to RBs, no slants, one out route by Wiggins where he got open easily. King’s glaring weakness is the deep ball. He’s very inaccurate there but we kept throwing them. Defense played well enough to win if offense could have given them some rest. TOP was all Clemson

Outside of King and Brevin, I think they probably have as much talent on offense as we do. We are just too thin up front and are so imbalanced with literally no WR's worth a **** that it negates what our RB's potential.

Whoooo cares. A lost is a lost. If a community college puts up 700 yrds and scores 60 against fsu, does that mean they're better than us because their stats were better? NO. So can you hoes stop comparing us to another another team that lost as well.

Well Clemson seems to have the refs in the bag for home games. They have a 25 win streak at home and you can see why. The targeting on Lawrence was b.s. Having said that some of our penalties were totally undisciplined play and stupid. That has to be cleaned up.

How so? Other than competing well against Clemson, they’ve done nothing. Look at NCSt game and tell me how good they are.

When Clemson rushed three or four they got very little push Most of the night. They blitzed to create the issues up front. BV basically was all over Rhetts tendencies.

He did attack the perimeter of the defense. He just moved away from it when it didn't work early in the first half. Clemson watches film too and worked hard all week at correcting the issues on the perimeter of their defense. I would definately say we got out coached but there also a boatload of missed opportunities in that game that were completely on the players. Every year as a fan base we fall for our own hype. Then are FURIOUS when that blows up in our faces. We are still building there was a ton of young players that flashed last night that will be huge in the coming years. Clemson is the class of the ACC and one of the best programs in the country. We still have alot of work to do.

The real problem gentleman is MANNY. Plain and simple he is the general and the man who is getting paid the big bucks. That game was not only disappointing but opens your eyes to how bad we really are. We got totally out coached, the overall team speed is average at best, we continually make stupid plays game after game ( Roche & Carter), the offensive line was putrid last night, and a lot more. If MANNY WAS SMART HE WOULD FIRE BAKER TODAY AND ASSUME HIS DEFENSIVE ROLE AS A COACH. Manny's day game coaching decisions are on par with Randy and maybe less. He is an absolute DISASTER!

The this is the worse argument in sports. They did this so it translates to this. Maybe Clemson didn’t get up for the UV game like they did for ours on national tv. Not sure you watched to this point but I said from start of season we are weak at WR (unless the fr where the truth) and Oline. Until those things change we aren’t beating teams like Clemson

I’m no coach but this is what I saw all night, lashee the great must have been paid off because all that talk about him, he did what every coach we’ve had her over the past decade in a half, NOTHING!!! The only thing I saw different about the offense last night was him putting the two frosh backs in the game together. We didn’t look like a team coming off a bye week. There has to be something we don’t know.

Uva has a left tackle that’s 6’10 and a left guard that’s 6’7.
Our guards are average p5 talent going against future nfl starters.

Urban Myers said it best. Beating teams like UL and FSU meant something 6 years ago. FSU has culture issues and trying to figure who they are. UL still in a building phase and are trying to establish a culture. And we were in a dogfight with UAB for a while.
