Our Stadium and Facilities are Fine

Our facilities are terrible. It's why all of our former players now in the NFL come back and use them.

In Tuscaloosa and South Bend, you need nice facilities, so you can continue to work out when you're done, or maybe go shoot pool and watch tv because there's nothing else to do. When you're snowed in what the eff do you do? In South Florida when you're done with your workout, you take a shower and head down to the beach or Grove, grab a drink and look at all the *** because it's 80 degrees year round.

You guys don't get to make up how good or bad they are. You can say whatever you want but it doesnt mean chit.

The only thing that matters is what the kids that are on the fence see when they come to the school. When they go to Clemson they are blown away and when they come to Miami it just doesn't compare. You can blow as much smoke up your own asses as you want but its the truth. Kids these days are mostly primadonnas who want it all.

If you hold out for only Miami players who know what the good ol days were like and want to come here because we think its the greatest school then you are not going to build the depth you need to build a dynasty.

Of course winning cures all but its the chicken or the egg argument.

Why bust on coaches like mad men but give excuses for our other obvious faults. We need to be as good in every aspect and accept nothing else.

We can change coaches but we cant change stadiums. On campus facilities, sure we can improve those. I donated to improve those. Did you?

Having been in them personally, and comparing to Oregon our the likes of, they aren't close. With that being said, they aren't horrible either. It's very, very to the point. The way naysayers call it, it's like a ratty high school, and it isn't.

I'd compare UM to the rest as UM being a Nissan GT-R, and the likes of Oregon, Alabama, etc., etc. to a Ferrari 458 Italia. Ferrari is much nicer in nearly every facet, it's gorgeous, and prestigious, without a smidge of doubt, a stud (no pun to their insignia). The GT-R though, cost a third, isn't as nice in every facet, but has ALL the capability of destroying the 458 in the arena they are both designed, and that's the race track. When it's time to compete, in the hands of let's say the Stig (google if you don't know), the GT-R and all of it's lack of *** appeal, can drive circles around a 458 somewhere like the Ring (again, google if you don't know) without breaking a sweat.

Now, many prefer the Ferrari. Lots even, but it isn't necessarily better because of that. Nissan did a LOT with a little, and UM used to. That's the problem right now, We aren't operating as intended, but when we are, y'all know what happens. So does everybody in college football, and they are in fact rustled at what may happen soon.

The SLS improvements are putting lipstick on a pig. That dump has issues that will always detract from it having an acceptable gameday atmosphere, especially involving college football.

However, the roof and seating reduction should be a biggie. In this case, it's still going to be a pig, now just one wearing a particularly flattering shade of lipstick.

Ignoring you douche bag comment for a second which just oozes of etiquette.

This is exactly the problem. The school knows they need it but they stand there with their hands out instead of running the program like an investment. Be a FN Football school!

By the way why don't you just take a picture of your plaque and use it as your avatar? I mean since we know you wouldn't be boasting of 20 dollar or something.

People like to complain about the facilities but how many are willing to do something about it? Are you doing anything about it? Or just complaining. Do you think at other schools those facilities didnt come from donations?

The facilities excuse is dumb. Facilities are used to appeal to recruits. These things are needed at programs like Nebraska or Oregon, where they have no proximal recruiting advantages and need something that will appeal to prospects (since their off campus life will suck). Funny that despite our "****** facilities", we have still out recruited all but 10 programs since 2012 (including Clemson). Other than the weight room, trainers room, and training table, the rest don't do anything to enhance development. Our program has enough. The only thing that we may need is an IPF.

If it matters so much to Clemson's recruits, how come the recruiting classes have basically been ranked the same the last 4,5 years?

The best thing that could happen in Miami is if a giant sinkhole opens up and swallows that POS stadium so that the Canes and the Dolphins would have to rebuild completely and this time back south near the got dam City of Miami.
