Our problems are black and white

Luke is brain damaged for all of those drugs he was doing. Luke must have forgot that Coker got fired after winning a NC and playing in another in OT. Losing only one game in two years and still got fired a few years later for not winning enough. Luke forgot Pata was murdered while Shannon was the DC at Miami. Luke must have forgot Coker and Shannon looked good with Butch's kids. Once they where gone then wins went with them. Luke must have forgot the Teddy Bridgewater and co where leaving Miami a month before Shannon got fired. Also all the recruits that where leaving south Florida for other teams when Randy was the DC and HC. Randy's last three years of recruiting where horrendous especially on the defensive front seven. It has been killing us for years. Luke most have forgot UM has won 5 national champion ships with four different coaches. I believe they where white and still all of them got heat if they where not winning. A couple of those coaches losing one game everybody wanted the coaches head.

Shalala is responsible for bringing the last three coaches.

"To his credit, Strong lets his squad play with the reckless abandon and swagger that once inspired Miami's inner-city boys to wear orange and green."

He fvckin nailed that part though.

The Shannon stuff is dumb but I agree with some of what he is saying.

Burgess wanted to be a Cane, and his hit on Crawford was more of a "Miami" play than anything Gaines (Buffalo) or Cornelius (Georgia) did all year. And it was sad to see Miami fans complaining about taunting. I want our team to be doing the taunting.

How many ships has Louisville had with strong and the greatest player ever to come out of Miami. in what is arguably
the easiest conference in college football how many undefeated seasons has Charlie had?

if anyone agrees with anything this blatant racist says well then that says a lot about you.

Agreed. I'd love to see that fury return to the defense.

Luke (aka MiamiNights) has been praying for this day that he and his black panther party "Canes" can avenge the firing of what was the worst HC in the history of our program. It's SICKENING and racist and should not be allowed on a Canes board.

And yes, if you are allowed to post the racist nonsense from Luke, posters like myself should be allowed to call them black panthers.

I agree with most of what Luke said. Most hear what he is saying, but very few actually listen to his words.

Luke obviously has an agenda but he made some valid points. I think LSU defense is Miami's defense in their peak years and the UL defense is our past defenses in our down years. I hear people complaining about the 4-3 cover two but LSU slows down every team(Manziel mainly) with high flying offenses. I was at the Panthers-Falcons game Sunday watching their defense and that 4-3 has locked down most teams this year. In the college game kids should play hard and fast with less thinking when it comes to defense.

Lock it.

Strong became a great coach when TB got there.
He was 7-6, his first two seasons and his team crapped the bed in what should have been a BCS season.

Except the Panthers don't run the Miami 4-3. They run the other Jim Johnson 4-3, which is a zone blitz system. You do realize there are multiple things within a 4-3 front a team can do as it's base?

BTW, the Panthers DC is Sean McDermott, who if you recall Ray Lewis recommended for HC after Radio was fired.

Oh he's a profit now I suppose.
Threads like this tell you a lot about posters.

I really wish the writer would invest some of his energy in convincing Miami's inner city youth to spend a little bit more time on academics so they don't have to end up at WVU, L'Ville etc.

I should have apologized in advance. This was posted elsewhere via Facebook and I did not see it here and felt some would have commentary on it. I did not name the contributor of the piece by name so not to promote his agenda. It is troubling that a fan and community advisor would use the result of the game to bash the school by promoting a racist agenda, rather than simply promoting the players from the area for their play on the field.

Campbell, who is a friend to several Hurricanes, including Collins, told the Miami Herald he will reveal damaging information about UM if Collins isn't named the starter. UM is investigating allegations that Campbell paid players for game-day performances, as much as $500 for a touchdown in a 1989 game against Notre Dame.
"If he were white, being from Miami, he'd be God's gift to America," Campbell said. "If they don't start Ryan Collins, the University of Miami will get the death penalty. I will tell all. I will tell everything I know to the NCAA. If he doesn't go out there for the first play versus UCLA, I'll give you all the violations from 1986 to last year. As of now, I don't know anything. I'm stupid. But if Ryan doesn't start, [coach) Butch [Davis) is going to wish he never took that job."

Seems kinda familiar...
