In line with what I was thinking. We have a really good kicker so we didn’t need a ton

Mario really missed an opportunity to take a knee though

Madden said Brady should play for overtime with 40 seconds left and no timeouts. SB XXXVI. Madden was pretty good. Brady proved him wrong on THAT drive. But it can be a smart goal.

Young won some contested balls. That is great. But saying playing for overtime with its set plays and no clock is a BLUNDER is crazy. Canes were doing 9 minute drives with the “hot hand.”

It all worked well. Williams confidence is way up. Defense is game-ball material. Maybe Dawson was correct. Get it to overtime.
