I agree but its a risk .....some guys come out of places and moreso do absolutley nothing rather then becoming success storiesits not about if they can operate with/out them its about if they learned enough while there. Andy Reid is the guru. You hope that the staff beneath him learns enough from him to take what he taught them and make it their own.
Big concepts like Bunch Formations, Crossing routes, HEAVY Play Action (regardless how much you actualy run), Tempo, Specific concepts, or whatever can all be easily adopted.
