You do know Diaz has made some major changes to his defense including adding a "striker" position that really helps change the dynamics of the defense in not being able to zone in on the extra LB to harass as we've seen with McCloud

You do know that this defense is predicated to stop spread offenses too

This will be a different team next season. We are not devoid of talent. Diaz will have these guys on a different mentality. He is bringing in big boy coaches. Not that soft **** Richt was doing. Thinking he was responsible for their soul and not their career in sports. We have churches for that and thats what got under people's skin. Diaz is not gonna settle for no 2 or 3 year improvement from these guys, when he came in on D he wanted immediate results. He will expect the same on offense, we have weapons, we have some OL who have talent, get someone who can get the players the ball and we can matchup.

another point on playing Florida with Mullen. You do recall Diaz was his DC for a time at Miss. St? You would think practicing against that offense he knows a thing or two how to best defend it.

And of course, Mullen would therefore know how to attack Manny's defense in return.
