OT: Transfer Portal Heisman Candidate?

OT and barring any change to the current rules (and NIL) but can you guys see a kid going to the Heisman ceremony AND being in the transfer portal?

I absolutely think we'll see it and it'll be a kid like Jordan Addison at a place like Pitt or an underclassman QB at a similar or lesser program that is a stat machine in college but isn't projected as a high draft pick.
