This is not entirely true. You can throw in Sandusky on Child abuse, any number of white rock stars like Kurt Cobain for drug abuse and innumerable white serial killers like Dahmer and Bundy as faces of murder. I get your point though about the % of African Americans being impacted negatively as compared to their portion of the population. That's a major problem in this country.
