I am confused. The accepted theory is now that we have bad coaches trying to coach “rely on talent only” players? That would be no bueno.

Talent minus coaching and vice versa will not lead any organization to long term success.

Patriot football works for two reasons only: Kraft and Bellichek.

They have put into place an incredible organizational culture that works, and works, and works.

With that said however, I'm not sure either one would enjoy nearly the same success without the other in other settings.
