He's not in trouble for statutory rape, He's in trouble for sending nude pics to a minor & kidnapping.

As long as the dude isn't 10 years older than the girl, then the age of consent in Utah is 16 Y/O for a female...it's 18 Y/O for a male, which is weird.

I came in here for a little snark about Miami kids needing to get out of here so they don't get in trouble but I stayed for Part 38 of the CIS Symposium on Rape. Bravo!

No im for real sometimes thats the difference between being a monster or making a mistake. I know this is a sensitive topic but these are the questions we have to ask before we throw the kid to the wolves.

Nobody knows any of the facts from either side yet (and probably never will). He may have raped her, but she just as easily may be lying.

My experience tells me it’s bogus and there are clues pointing to it.

Quit white knighting. I don’t know what happened and neither do you. But I have seen girls like her tell the same lie in the same situation.

Takes more than some fake tears and an inflammatory, vague news story to make me call anybody a rapist.

You do realize that you’re attempting to insult me with your “white knighting” (for the alleged victim) comment while you yourself are “white knighting” for an accused (I STRESS ACCUSED) kidnapper & rapist right?

Don’t play victim now. You tried insult me by claiming I was blaming the “victim”.

I related my own personal experience. You ignored all that to jump to the biased conclusion you already made up your mind to make.
