"I went down to the Chelsea drugstore
To get your prescription filled
I was standing in line with Mr. Jimmy
And man, did he look pretty ill
We decided that we would have a soda
My favorite flavor, cherry red
I sung my song to Mr. Jimmy
Yeah, and he said one word to me, and that was "dead"
I said to him
You can't always get what you want..."

Man, I saw them in Boulder at U of Colorado stadium in 1978, thinking I'd better catch them before they cashed it in.
In fairness, you weren’t totally wrong at that point in time. What did they have 1-2 more tours before taking most of the 80s off before Steel Wheels and then another 4-5 before the next tour?

So combining two of my loves, Phish covered all of Exile on Main Street on Halloween 2009. Some songs the Stones have never played live (Let It Loose), and some only once or twice. In case you want to go to the Church of Rock and Roll this Sunday morning...

Crazy evening trivia. My daughter was in the intro of the concert. May have missed it but she was the girl looking at her computer for at home study. My wife's cousin was one of the producers of the show. We didn't even know it was on till my daughters friends started calling her to tell her they saw her. Pretty crazy.

Saw them in 81 at the tangerine bowl and thought they were old as **** then. The start me up tour. Van Halen played as well for the only city they played in with the stones during that tour.

The concert in Boulder was opened by Peter Tosh, Raggae Musician Jagger was producing, Eddie Money and Kansas - Best line was Eddie Money, "You always hear rockers complain about being on the road, we're new at it. So, girls we're in room 243 in the Holiday Inn, come party with us tonight!"
