That happened right by my homie’s spot, too. Tragic; running a red light. That’s been happening a lot out here in L.A since ppl have been out. I tell everyone, just b/c u see the green light, don’t go! Ppl r blatantly running red lights, mostly ppl 25 & under from my observations. Smh.

Even down in Florida these young kids are driving reckless. Late night if it’s early green at a major intersection im Making sure nobody on the otherside were speeding tryna catch a light . A couple weeks ago there was a accident right in front of me on I-95 was a young kid who decided to cut all the way from the passing lane to the exit lane going at least 100. He almost tailswiped the car in front barely avoided it but crashed into the wall. Luckily he only spun out and didn’t hit no one else or get seriously hurt.

Yeah, it’s wild bro. I used to be a speed demon, but I was never reckless...but now, bro; I’m cautious af. Seen way too many fatalities in my life, in the last 2 yrs alone. Mostly young ones. Hurts my heart to see or hear the news. One of my bff’s god daughters just had her entire car ripped in half by racing down a hella busy street in L.A. Everyone died instantly I heard. Smh.

The young man about to be in the NBA just died too

Another one that played for the Grand Canyon Basketball team passed away in a car accident like 5 days after they lost to Iowa in the NCAA tournament too. Crazy stuff. I’m 24 and I think 5 people I graduated with have died. Puts things in perspective

There was a freshman who lived on my floor in Hecht - Eric Adams - who was hit and killed by a car crossing US1. He hadn’t been at Miami but two months when it happened.

**** that’s crazy. Feels like a lot of young kids are dying in or about to go to school. The youngman from DBHS..a couple weeks ago there was a college signee I believe who was kill..does it seem more common now or is it just me

i don't believe it is more common, just now you have 24 hour media and social media so you hear about literally everything.

It is definitely a sad state of affairs. I have some opinions but I don't feel now is the time for any speculation. Can only hope those in need find the strength to reach out.

This is a tough generation for these kids. Between social media and the information they have available..a lot are being introduced to adult **** well before they should. It’s sad
