OT: Ron Rivera Fired In Carolina/Norv Turner OC

Lemme preface this by saying it's not me suggesting we hire Turner because I'm over the coordinator hypotheticals.

I was wondering if you guys think he could* translate to the college game today though?

For as much hype as the short term offensive wonders like Sean McVay get in the NFL my longterm money is on the oldheads like Andy Reid and even Norval here.

I think Norv is a lifetime NFL'er. No more college for him. JMO.

They may make Norv the new HC as they retained him. I am not sure their move but I live in Charlotte and at work it is all people were talking about today...I wonder if Norv lost to Washington to get Rivera out to get the HC job type conversations all around.

Norv is a good OC but has consistently underachieved when in the head coach role.

How is Tepper viewed there as an owner? I know a little bit about him from Pittsburgh and Miami Beach. I think he should be decent.

He is looking to move the training facility across the border into SC, and supposedly will want a new stadium. People around here are very loyal so they liked Richardson and Rivera. He hasn't turned Charlotte against him yet or anything.
