If you are a man and filthy rich, I would be more disappointed to hear this wasn't going on. I'd have a buffet of worldy snatch, a global menu to choose from. Glad to see strong male figures still exist. Seems he doesn't have proper spotters though, somebody slipped up.

If I was him I would hire a fall guy that has only one job. Set up the meeting with the prostitute and then fvck her for about 30 seconds(the undercover cop would have cuffed him before he even stuck his **** in her). Then I would stroll down and smash it before sending her on her way.

What else was going on during that time? Were they able to move up the food chain and arrest everyone in the operation or additional locations? That's usually why they'd wait.
