So much for millions...

Of course, like a typical American told what to say, you would just use the term "Iraqi" whan most there identify as Sunni or Shia, Tikriti or Kurd or other subdivision. Iraq was created by the League of Nations, not it's inhabitants.

But hey, talking points are easy to recite.

Southerners experienced all of that except the Casus Belli. That should change the subject.

Not entirely convincing since you left out the 1st Gulf War where we carpet bombed the region to keep ole Saddam away from oil that didn't belong to us. Also lol @ you brushing off a mere 200,000 civilian casualties.

Good post. Our country severely lacks perspective. It's borderline embarrassing. Oppression and racism certainly exists here but there are countries where women are brutalized for not wearing a piece of cloth over their head in public. Your post reminds me of one of my favorite quotes of all time. Mark Twain: "Patriotism is supporting your country all the time and your government when it deserves it".

I'm not a fan of this president but thankful for this country.
 
Do we need a lcompass adjustment? Absolutely, who doesn’t from time to time.
But I ain’t moving and love this country and everything it truly stands for and not what politicians on both sides use to divide us.
This goes out to all those who love this country and those on here that laid it all out there for us.

Iran and Iraq went toe to toe and bodied almost a million all by themselves. Just google Iran Iraq war casualties.
Sadam used mustard gas on Iranian soldiers and civilians. Like I said, we let people slide for years and kept telling them stop bs’ing.
I was in the first gulf war and we were knocking just outside of Baghdad until they called off the dogs. And dude still kept calling our bluff.
Then when we finally take him down, they start killing each other and setting of car bombs in markets and Killing civilians by the boat load. But it’s our fault?
