I went and saw this the night of its release,ww Went to see I think Batman but it was sold out. One of luckiest moments ever , I only went because I saw ice cube was in it. I was a huge N.W.A. fan. So why not?

I was the only white dude in theatre lol, but it was the funniest **** I’ve seen. Right when it came out on video we bought it. We literally watched that movie every day after football practice , to the point we all memorized every line.

It’s funny how a niche movie became one of the biggest and most quoted movies ever. As mainstream as any movie you’ll find.

Pretty cool to see especially being at the movie on opening night.

These are the best cinematic memories. When you're forced to see another film bc the one you came to see is sold out. Some great discoveries happen that way.
 
Never met him personally but ive done stand up in the same building the same night he was there. Met several of his friends & he was as loved and as funny as you think in real life. Seemed like a great soul.
