Mike Stoops essentially fired today after laying a dud against Tx. The Stoops Ou era over.

96th Rated Defense.
Their Red Zone D is on some next level terrible. If you got inside of the 20, it was a touchdown. Collin Johnson made OU look horrendous.

No more stoops bloodlines at OU..maybe Lincoln wants to get control of program and locker room.
 
The stoops that coached at UM and Fsu is the headcoach of the use to be 13th ranked wildcats until gumbo fisher schooled his assistant a lil bit! He's the one stoops brother that would be an excellent headcoach at UM that i wouldnt mind.

If we need a special teams coach....maybe we need to free up one of our db coach positions...to allow for it?. I think he has coached dbs previously.Its just wishful thinking by me...would like to have another graybeard former head coach on this staff on either side of the ball next year...if only as an analyst. This is what Bama does.
