My cousin has been playing drums since he was 10...hes in his late 40s and cant tell you how many times hes referenced Subdivisions as a drumming masterpiece as he would put it

Watching some old concerts of Rush his drum set up was so complicated when you looked at it but he was unbelievably smooth when playing

**** right. Keith MOON was a big influence but yes, RUSH ONE OF THE BEST.

That "Presto", "Roll The Bones", "Counterparts" era from 1989 through 1994 was highly underrated and honestly, was Rush at peak form.

They ditched the 80s synths, got back to straight-forward rock-n-roll—with Geddy finding his range, Alex a great guitar tone and Neil's lyrics went next-level.

Peart was probably technically better than Ward... but Ward plays exactly how I want drums to sound. Then again the 1st album I ever owned was Black Sabbath Black Sabbath and I bought a bass and learned every bassline, then a guitar and learned every riff and most solos.

RIP to an absolute legend.
