It figures...the guy who thinks the Bristol race is in CONNECTICUT is posting false information about Bubba.
I'm not sure what website is interested in falsifying Bubba's accomplishments, but...
That FIRST RACE - he finished 26th. Which is ALREADY better than that fake "Best finish" stat. He also finished 15th at Daytona and 11th at Kentucky in that first year. He only raced 4 times as an injury replacement for Aric Almirola, so it wasn't even his rookie year. It's like a redshirt year.
Bubba has raced 2.5 seasons as a full-timer, and let's be honest, Richard Petty Motorsports is...not...the best organization.
But in his rookie season, Bubba finished:
2nd at the Daytona 500
8th at Texas
10th at Phoenix
--Second-best rookie, behind the guy who took over Jeff Gordon's car, a far better team
In his second season, Bubba finished:
3rd at Indianapolis
And this year, Bubba has finished:
6th at Las Vegas
10th at Bristol
9th at Indianapolis
That's 7 Top 10 finishes, and a number of finishes just outside the Top 10.
So, yeah, his "best finish" is NOT 28th. But you wouldn't know the difference between a "finish" and a "season".
Go back to Bristol. Connecticut.
