I just don't see how this is a positive for Jedd. Not that it is a negative either, but at the end of the season, he will be out of a job just like the rest of their staff. Same thing for Shannon up in Florida. They are just space holders till the new hires come in and its doubtful that any schools will hire them based on their stints as interim head coaches.

I wanted to hate this kid, but his arm is Rodgers like. I cant deny it.

Kelly will be yheir HC by mid December. Uf fans gonna act like they never wanted him.

The talk here in SoCal last night was Mora would be gone end of week and Chip was the guy. Did not believe it as the current UCLA AD is the worst in college athletics and gives absolutely no cares about sports. Still skeptical they do the obvious thing and bring in Kelly.

They may not even need to outspend for him. He simply may not want to coach or live in the SEC. I really think if the Chipster shows no interest in the UCLA job then he's never going back to college. It's not perfect but it's probably the most tailor-made for him as USC probably isn't opening up anytime soon.

only some Miami fans are enamoured with Butch at this point, as great as he was and despite the good job this year. I’ve not seen butch on one list for any of the openings out there.

Butch is well into his 60s and left his last program in an NCAA dumpster fire. Yeah, he got a note saying the dog ate his homework, but none of the top job openings are rolling the dice on him. He did amazing work at Miami, but that was over 15 years ago.

Fisch might be the only asst coach Golden hired that everyone pretty much likes. He is a very good OC.

Not this time, just like Miami with Richt.

They are doing a $12 million buyout. You don’t do that and then go cheap. They have big boys involved this round. They are going to pay. That said they still might get him cheaper than UF would for all the reasons stated. But it won’t be for lack of money.

Franchise is the boob who called Dalvin Cook to UM, so the more I think about it if Kelly wants back in to CFB he will get hired by UCLA. Fisch will probably have to move again. Its not easy being a college asst coach and have a family.
