Depends on the cut....Bone-in I like medium...being close to the bone adds rareness....NY Strip MR.....Rib Eye M because of fat content....Prime Rib = Large End Cut....that's where the flavor is....
It's a joke.....Tell you a 30oz Tomahawk....comes out looking like a Broom-stick with a Burger patty at the end.....Has anyone here tried the Tomahawk cut?
