Don't even get me started on this masterpiece....a restaurant I frequent in SW Fl version of a "Surf & Turf".....Langostino instead of Lobstertail. Red Peppercorn reduction as a sauce. If I could give it 20* I most certainly would.

Unless your eating at outback, Ruth's Chris, or Tony Romas. Your answer is "chefs choice". There is no other option. The chef knows the piece of meat/grill/his expertise/etc. better than you and knows how its best cooked.
That’s something I will have to ask for next time.

Question: What are the chances that when we ask for Chef’s Choice that the Chef will send out a well-done t-bone as his choice?
