Enjoy your up coming stool hopefully a double flusher with that photoDon't even get me started on this masterpiece....a restaurant I frequent in SW Fl version of a "Surf & Turf".....Langostino instead of Lobstertail. Red Peppercorn reduction as a sauce. If I could give it 20* I most certainly would.

******* weirdosPeople who eat well done steaks are the kind who put the milk in the bowl before the cereal.
They also twist Oreos apart and throw away the creamy filling so they can eat the cookie.******* weirdos

That’s something I will have to ask for next time.Unless your eating at outback, Ruth's Chris, or Tony Romas. Your answer is "chefs choice". There is no other option. The chef knows the piece of meat/grill/his expertise/etc. better than you and knows how its best cooked.
Baby steps????
I mean you’re right. The period between Memorial Day and the 4th of July has to be traumatic for him.
Do you know how happy I would be if I learned that Brock was one of mine?Is @brock a member of the tribe? Because that mo-fo is freakin' Old Testament, he might as well be offering up a burnt cow as a sacrifice to Yahweh...
